Industry is aggressive and if you do not plan to do their best and self-discipline yourself, then don’t get into the field. Anywhere there is competitors, there must be self-discipline. You could have the most exclusive expertise, or the best product concept, but your company will never accomplish its complete potential, if you do not have self-discipline.
